"The research is there"

Gary Gold, Director of Rugby at Shark Rugby, writing on LinkedIn discussing where the performance problems are impacting South African Rugby.

"For too long South African rugby and the various Super Rugby teams has ignored, or at best underestimated, the power of cohesion and the competitive advantage that affords. The research is there. Perhaps it’s time we took notice of it."

The issues Gary Gold describes are measurable and quantifiable and can be mitigated using Cohesion Analytics unique to GAIN LINE Analytics. Cohesion Analytics can be used to measure, analyse, predict and create cohesion from a long-term perspective down to game-by-game for both franchise and representative teams.

Contact GAIN LINE Analytics for more information on how Cohesion Analytics can be used to measure and improve performance.
